The Southern Chester County Regional Police Department along with the City of Newark, University of Delaware Police, New Castle County Police, DNREC Park Police, and the City of Elkton Police Departments announced Friday afternoon thatErin Leigh Miller, reported missing on Monday has been found and is being reunited with her family.
