A May 21 police report item from Coatesville misidentified the criminal history of Richard Legree Jr., one of two sons of the late Richard Legree Sr. with the same name.
The Richard Legree Jr., 21, whom police said was picked up on multiple traffic warrants is not the same Richard Legree Jr. , 34, who spent time in federal prison, although the two are half-brothers.
A relative said the older brother has maintained a clean record since his release.
