Richard Como has been at the helm of the Coatesville School District since 2005.

A major administrative change has apparently occurred in the Coatesville Area School District; however, the district is not sharing it.

Multiple sources have told The Times that Superintendent Richard Como is no longer employed by the district; however, repeated calls and emails to the administration and the school district’s solicitor have not been answered. Como did not attend Tuesday night’s school board meeting.

Como, who has been at the helm of the district since 2005, previously served as principal at Coatesville Area Senior High.

Thank God for Coatesville Times the only way to get news you can swear by. If this was a Democrat, West Chester Daily News front page would be plastered. They should all be removed from their positions at that Newspaper as semi town criers.

No surprise that the Daily Local News hasn’t printed anything yet. I didn’t see Mr. Como at the Football scrimmage last Saturday so I am assuming that this occurred last week. I wonder if the High ranking Finance person that resigned a couple of months ago blew the whistle ?
