Man charged with making bomb threat against police

COATESVILLE — A City man was charged with making a bomb threat against the city police department, Wednesday. Police said that a bomb threat was called into police headquarters via 911, at 9:53 p.m., Tuesday night, by what was identified as a male voice. The building was immediately evacuated and searched (including City Hall), with help from the Chester County Sheriff’s K-9 unit.
