Faith Mattox-Baldini
Chester County has appointed Faith Mattox-Baldini as the new County Solicitor. Mattox-Baldini had served as the Deputy County Solicitor before being appointed Acting County Solicitor in April.
Chester County Administrator Erik Walschburger said, “Since joining the Solicitor’s Office in 2021, following her service in the District Attorney’s Office, Faith has proven to be a trusted legal advisor and collaborative partner to County departments on a wide range of operational and compliance matters. Her judgment, responsiveness, and familiarity with the County make her exceptionally well-suited to serve as County Solicitor.”
Mattox-Baldini is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College and received her law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
Mattox-Baldini said, “I am honored to be named County Solicitor and to lead a talented and dedicated team of attorneys and support staff. Together, we will continue to provide high-quality legal guidance that supports the County’s mission, upholds the public trust, and helps County departments effectively serve our residents.”
Mattox-Baldini began working for the County in 2017.
