Laufer listened to the resident\u2019s observations and told her that the police department had been in touch with the property manager of the apartment complex and were working with them on possible solutions and suggested speed timing for South First Avenue.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_16192\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chescotimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/CWC2.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16192\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-16192\" src=\"http:\/\/chescotimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/CWC2-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"Jayden Devine (8) of Coatesville proudly showing off his 'ticket' for doing something right by picking up trash in Ash Park.\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-16192\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jayden Devine (8) of Coatesville proudly showing off his &#8216;ticket&#8217; for doing something right by picking up trash in Ash Park.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>As Coffee with the Chief was taking place, Officer Kurt Guyer witnessed 8-year-old Jaiden Devine cleaning up trash in Ash Park and was issued a \u2018ticket\u2019 for doing something right.
