The second, third, and honorable mention pieces will be displayed throughout Rep. Costello\u2019s offices in Washington, D.C. and the district.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe creativity displayed this year and every year by students from our community shows the depth of hard work and talent of our region\u2019s students\u201d said Rep.
