The competition offers a challenge to create a winning poster that will encourage residents to use resources wisely and educate them about recycling guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Prizes for first-, second- and third-place will be awarded in four age groups: 5-8, 9-11, 12-15, and 15-18. Marie Hess, one of the organizers, said there is no size restriction; however, free supplies, donated by the Coatesville Youth Initiative, are available at City Hall, including 22-by-28 posterboard.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to submit posters is Sept. 30 at City Hall.
