Voters gave a democratic majority to county leadership for the first time in Chester County history.<\/p>\n<p>Final returns show solid wins to both Josh Maxwell of Downingtown and Marian Moskowitz of Phoenixville for the three-member Board of Commissioners, the chief governing body of Chester County.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Deb Ryan and Fredda Maddox make history as the first Democratic women to be elected District Attorney and Sheriff. Debbie Bookman as Prothonotary, Chris Pielli as Recorder of Deeds and Michele Vaughn as Register of Wills complete the sweep of Chester County row offices for the Democrats.
