{"id":27541,"date":"2020-06-29T10:10:04","date_gmt":"2020-06-29T14:10:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coatesvilletimes.com\/?p=27541"},"modified":"2020-06-29T10:10:09","modified_gmt":"2020-06-29T14:10:09","slug":"county-opens-call-center-for-questions-on-reopening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coatesvilletimes.com\/?p=27541","title":{"rendered":"County opens call center for questions on reopening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/coatesvilletimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Restore-Chester-County-Call-Center.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12065\" src=\"https:\/\/coatesvilletimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Restore-Chester-County-Call-Center-350x171.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"171\" \/><\/a>WEST CHESTER \u2014 As Chester County begins its green phase of operation during the COVID-19 pandemic, County officials have added a call center service for business and resident questions on reopening guidelines and practices.\u00a0 Part of the \u201cRestore Chester County\u201d initiative, the call center is operated by Chester County Health Department staff, with input from members of the County Commissioners\u2019 COVID-19 Business Task Force.<\/p>\n<p>The Restore Chester County call center number is 610-344-6225 and hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.\u00a0 Messages left out-of-hours will receive a reply the next business day.\u00a0 The \u201ccontact us\u201d email option on the <a href=\"https:\/\/restorechestercounty.org\/\">RestoreChesterCounty.org<\/a> website remains operational for all questions, and is monitored seven days a week. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Since its launch on May 27<sup>th<\/sup>, <a href=\"https:\/\/restorechestercounty.org\/\">RestoreChesterCounty.org<\/a> has provided online business and resident toolkits on reopening information, with direct access to guidelines that are broken down by 20 different business and organization sectors in Chester County.\u00a0 Many of the questions generated through the Restore Chester County website \u2013 coming from businesses, other organizations and residents \u2013 have relied on answers from the County\u2019s Health Department, along with responses from the regional chamber of commerce network across Chester County.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors to <a href=\"https:\/\/restorechestercounty.org\/\">RestoreChesterCounty.org<\/a> have access to a <a href=\"https:\/\/RestoreChesterCounty.org\/Business.cfm\">Business &amp; Org Toolkit<\/a> as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/RestoreChesterCounty.org\/Resident.cfm\">Resident Toolkit<\/a>. The Business &amp; Org toolkit lists guidelines that span industries, including a checklist for knowing if your business is ready, how to get it to that point, and how to find resources for obtaining Personal Protective Equipment.
