Ned and Mrs. Lilly decided on a large display to be visible, not only to the veterans residing in the nursing facility or the hospice center, but also from Route 340.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The display features the words \u201cPEACE\u201d and \u201cJOY\u201d which stand 6 \u00bd feet tall along with four 8 feet tall 3D trees.
