Spencer (Jeff) as its new Executive Director, effective March 3, 2025. With a distinguished career in nonprofit leadership spanning over three decades, Jeff is poised to continue the agency\u2019s advancement towards expanded services and meaningful programs that create and grow safe, stable communities throughout Chester County. \u00a0Diversified Services LLC conducted the search on behalf of the HPCC.<\/p>\n<p>A Pittsburgh native, Jeff has dedicated much of his career to the Boy Scouts of America, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Chester County Council. His proven track record of fostering community engagement, strategic development, and impactful programming makes him the ideal leader to amplify HPCC\u2019s mission of assisting individuals and families in the acquisition and retention of long-term attainable housing in Chester County.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jeff holds a bachelor\u2019s degree from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Human Services from Murray State University. Passionate about community service, he serves on the Board of the Rotary Club of West Chester and as President of the Greater West Chester Rotary Foundation. Jeff and his wife, Ann, make their home in Uwchlan Township alongside their beloved rescue dogs, Seely and Luna.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff steps into the role following the retirement of Kenneth Hutton (Ken), who has led HPCC since 2022. Expressing gratitude for Ken\u2019s contributions, HPCC Board President John Yurkutat stated, \u201cKen\u2019s leadership has been instrumental in advancing HPCC\u2019s mission and expanding our programs to better serve Chester County residents.
