Jeffrey Ingemie to the rear alleyway behind the Ash Park Apartments, \u00a025 S. Fourth Ave., at 8:38 p.m. Wednesday, police said. Upon arrival, the officers made contact with two city residents: \u00a0Arthur Brown, 34, who was lying in the roadway and showed signs of phencyclidine intoxication (also known as \u00a0PCP or angel dust); and Eric Brown, 32, who was trying to assist him, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Brown, who possessed an open 40-oz bottle of Colt 45, was cited for violating the city\u2019s open container ordinance, and \u00a0Arthur Brown was cited for public intoxication and transported to Brandywine Hospital for observation, police said.<\/p>\n<p>A traffic stop at 6:46 p.m. Wednesday in the unit block of South Fourth Avenue led to driving under the influence charges for Natalie Henry, 52, of Coatesville, Officer Stephen Galletta reported. Police said Henry failed a series of field sobriety tests and a portable breath test; she was arrested and later released on bail.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday at 6:29 p.m. in the 800 block of East Lincoln Highway, officers observed \u201ca heavily intoxicated male staggering on the sidewalk, nearly falling several times,\u201d Officer David Marquette reported. Demetrius Dixon, 42, of Coatesville, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol to a degree that rendered him a danger to himself and others, police said. Dixon was arrested and held until sober.<\/p>\n<p>Police made contact with a female city resident on Wednesday at 11:39 p.m., who stated that she had just been threatened, Officer Stephen Galletta reported.
