Upon arrival, officers could hear William Wise, 48, of Coatesville, loudly yelling and cursing outside of a residence, police said. Wise, who had a strong odor of alcoholic beverages coming from his person and was cited for a noise violation, was treated at the scene for a laceration to his head from broken glass on the front door and subsequently transported to Brandywine Hospital for further evaluation, police said.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday at 6:38 a.m., Cpl. Jeffrey lngemie was dispatched to the unit block of North Church Street \u201cfor a male subject howling to himself on the porch of a vacant residence,\u201d police said. Through the investigation, Ingemie determined that Jose Antonio Santos Jr., 31, was homeless; he was cited for simple trespass, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Hours later, Officer Jonathan Shave responded to the 500 block of East Lincoln Highway 11:43 p.m. for a disturbance, police said. Upon speaking with the alleged victim, police learned that Santos had come to a residence, punched a hole through the front door window, entered the residence, and began screaming \u201cI am God,\u201d police said. Witnesses said they observed Santos acting erratically prior to breaking the glass, and it was determined that he was under the influence of PCP, police said.
