Upon arrival, Shave observed James Hook, 61, of Coatesville, lying inside an open front door, police said. Hook was intoxicated to a degree in which he was a danger to himself and was transported to Brandywine Hospital, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Cpl. Jeffrey Ingemie cited Jessie \u201cSissy\u201d Grove, 50, of Coatesville, for disorderly conduct after she was observed urinating outside a building in the 600 block of East Lincoln Highway on Saturday at 2:54 a.m., police said.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->When Coatesville police arrived at a residence in the 700 block of East Chestnut Street on Friday at 2:49 p.m., they found Felix L. Rodriguez, 40, of West Chester, leaving the scene in a tan Ford Explorer, Officer Brenden M. Boyle reported. The vehicle was stopped in the 800 block of Merchant Street, where Rodriguez failed a series of field sobriety tests, police said. Rodriguez was arrested for driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and other traffic offenses, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Det. Shannon Miller responded to a domestic disturbance call in the unit block of West Sixth Avenue on Wednesday at 7:12 p.m., police said.\u00a0 Jessie Houston, 29, of Coatesville was allegedly assaulting a 19-year-old victim when his own dog attacked him, police said. Houston was taken into custody on charges that assault, weapons, and drugs, and he was transported to Brandywine Hospital for treatment of dog bites, police said, adding that the victim did not require medical treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Officer Sylvester Earle responded to a domestic dispute on Saturday at 4:54 a.m. in the 200 block of Fleetwood Street, police said.
