Chestnut St. at 6:30 a.m. Thursday to execute a search warrant, Det. Brandon L. Harris reported.<\/p>\n<p>After making a forced entry into the residence, a subject of interest, Kadeem D. Morales, 21, who was scheduled to turn himself in at the Chester County Prison on Aug. 15 for unrelated charges, and several other occupants were detained, police said. A search of the residence revealed heroin, cocaine, hash, marijuana and prescription pills, police said.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Morales was arraigned on drug and conspiracy charges and transported to Chester County Prison after failing to post $50,000 cash bail, police said, adding that the investigation is ongoing. A preliminary hearing for Morales, which will be handled by the state Attorney General&#8217;s Office, is scheduled for Monday, court records said.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., city police arrested Larry \u201cBama\u201d Williams, 30, of Coatesville, in the 600 block of East Lincoln Highway for a summary warrant after a brief foot pursuit, Det. Brandon L. Harris reported. While running from police, Williams and a city detective were almost struck by a passing vehicle as they ran across U.S. 30, police said. Williams discarded suspected crack cocaine, which was collected after he was taken into custody, police said. Williams, who was on state parole, was taken to Chester County Prison on a parole detainer, police said. He was also charged with possession of cocaine, reckless endangering, flight to avoid apprehension, and related offenses, police said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investigators reportedly find variety of narcotics at E.
