COATESVILLE — Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in the city last week, a man found shot to death in the behind a Diamond Alley home. Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said that victim was Alex Hartzell, 24, from Pottstown. Hartzell died of multiple gunshot wounds.
