The Bridge Academy and Community Center is teaming up with Walgreen’s Pharmacy in Coatesville to provide free flu shots.
Free shots will be dispensed Dec. 18 at Bridge Academy
It’s still flu season, and there’s no excuse to be stricken: Free shots will be available on Dec. 18.
A partnership between the Bridge Academy and Community Center and Walgreen’s Pharmacy, the free clinic will be held from noon to 4:30 p.m. at the academy at 570 Olive Street in Coatesville.
Two Walgreen’s pharmacists – Kishor Phakarar and Lacy Weisenberg- will be available to dispense up to 200 flu shots. Special shots for people over 65 and women who are pregnant will be available. Each person will need to fill out a brief medical form upon arrival, said Tyler Changaris, a spokesperson for the academy.
