Connect Thru Cancer (CTC) is delighted to announce a new memorial scholarship honoring the life of Cammie Hall Sanders, a devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend who passed away in 2023 after a courageous 12-year battle with cancer.
The Cammie Hall Sanders Memorial Award will be presented annually to a local Chester County high school senior who has been personally impacted by a parent’s/guardian’s battle with cancer. “We hope that by awarding this scholarship we can honor Cammie’s memory and spirit, while providing financial assistance to someone deserving,” said Colleen Bucci, Executive Director of CTC.
“My daughter Shae and I are humbled and honored to share in the announcement of the Cammie Hall Sanders Memorial Scholarship,” said Frank Sanders. “Cammie’s greatest gift was her ability to inspire people to see the good in the world through her daily acts of kindness. We are thrilled that Cammie’s heart and legacy will live on for many more years through this memorial scholarship.”
