Coatesville man sustained gunshot wound to abdomen Wednesday night
Coatesville police are hoping someone has information about a shooting that occurred Wednesday about 11:30 p.m.
Coatesville police are seeking assistance from the public who may have information about a shooting Wednesday night.
Police said Marcoz Resendiz, 35, of Coatesville, was walking in the 700 block of East Lincoln Highway about 11:30 p.m. when he was shot in the abdomen by an unknown assailant. Resendiz, who was treated at Paoli Hospital for his injury, said the only description he could provide was that the shooter was a black male dressed in black.
Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting or may have information about the incident is asked to call police at 610-384-2300.
