Wednesday night disruptions lead to four citations

Police respond to three separate incidents

Image 2Coatesville officers issued multiple citations for Wednesday night disturbances, police said.

A fight involving teens led police at 5:32 p.m. to the 200 block of Charles Street, where Officer Paul Antonucci issued citations to a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, said police. The names were not released because of their ages, police said.

A 4:52 p.m. on Wednesday, a 9-1-1 call prompted officers to respond to a residence in the 200 block of Charles Street, police said. While officers were inside, Angelo Legree, 34, of Coatesville, made such a ruckus yelling outside that Officer Paul Antonucci cited him for a noise ordinance violation.

Officer Jose Colon cited William Boggs, 53, of Coatesville, for public drunkenness after police were called to the 500 block of Harmony Street at 11:19 p.m., police said.

State police from the Embreeville barracks cited a 17-year-old Coatesville resident for speeding following a one-vehicle accident on April 1 at 5:03 p.m. Police said the teen was traveling eastbound in the left lane of the Rt. 30 Bypass, just west of Rt. 82, when her 2006 Toyota Scion crossed over the shoulder, turned clockwise, and struck a tree line on the passenger’s side, police said.

A 21-year-old East Fallowfield resident has been charged with driving under the influence in connection with a March 23 single-car crash in West Caln Township at 12:06 a.m., state police said. Jesse M. McKim was traveling north on Airport Road when his 2001 Chevrolet Silverado veered off the roadway and struck a tree, police said. McKim, who was not injured, was arrested for drunken-driving, police said.
