19-year-old female resident charged with attack in front of A-Mart
On Friday, Officer Stephen Galletta responded to the 200 block of East Lincoln Highway at 8:08 p.m. for an assault complaint. The victim, who displayed lacerations and a bloody nose, said Kadedrah Perry, 19, of Coatesville, attacked her in front of the A-Mart, police said. Perry was not at the scene so charges were filed in district court, police said.
The day before, Perry also had a brush with authorities, police said. At 2:28 p.m. on Thursday, police responded to the 100 block of West Lincoln Highway for a harassment complaint, police said. The alleged victim told Officer Paul Antonucci that Perry and Dajar Jones, 20, also of Coatesville, had followed her down the street and attempted to fight with her, police said. Jones and Perry were subsequently cited for harassment, police said.
On Friday afternoon, Leonard Harding, 48, of Coatesville, surrendered to Officer Rob Kuech at the Coatesville police station for several outstanding traffic warrants, police said.
Kuech responded to a verbal dispute in the 200 block of West Lincoln Highway on Friday at 3:48 p.m., police said. Kimberlee Newell, 19, of Coatesville, was charged with criminal mischief for kicking the victim’s door, which broke glass and cracked the door, police said.
