OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAA complaint about a screaming man led Coatesville police to the 100 block of South Fourth Avenue on Wednesday at 2:55 a.m., Officer Brenden Boyle reported. Upon arrival, officers could hear William Wise, 48, of Coatesville, loudly yelling and cursing outside of a residence, police said. On Tuesday at 6:38 a.m., Cpl. Jeffrey lngemie was dispatched to the unit block of North Church Street “for a male subject howling to himself on the porch of a vacant residence,” police said. Upon speaking with the alleged victim, police learned that Santos had come to a residence, punched a hole through the front door window, entered the residence, and began screaming “I am God,” police said. Witnesses said they observed Santos acting erratically prior to breaking the glass, and it was determined that he was under the influence of PCP, police said. Santos required medical treatment for injuries and was subsequently charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and public intoxication, police said.
