Police: City woman also had narcotics in vehicle, active traffic warrants
A 40-year-old Coatesville woman was arrested for multiple infractions on Wednesday at 2:09 a.m., Cpl. Larry Cooper reported. Damaris Pagan was observed smoking marijuana in a vehicle in which narcotics were found in the 300 block of Lemon Street, police said. Pagan, who also had several active traffic warrants, was taken into custody, charged with drug offenses, and held for arraignment, police said.
On June Tuesday at 10:06 p.m., Officer Jonathan Shave responded to the police station to speak to a juvenile female in reference to an investigation, police said. The female became angry and began to scream, refusing to stop despite repeated warnings, police said. She was cited for disorderly conduct and released, police said.
Cpl. Larry Cooper cited Ashlee Leonard, 29, and Raymundo Milan, 37, both of Coatesville, for disorderly conduct after they were observed performing a sex act in a parking lot in the 100 block of Harmony Street on Wednesday at 4:42 a.m., police said.
