Victim told police that Samsung Galaxy tablet was stolen
On Monday at 5:08 p.m., Officer Carmen Mollichella responded to a burglary report in the 400 block of Oak Street, police said. The victim advised she left her house on Saturday at about 4 p.m. and returned at 8 p.m. to find her front door had been kicked in, police said, adding that only a Samsung Galaxy 8-inch tablet was missing. On Monday at 6:54 a.m., Officer Carmen Mollichella responded to the 600 block of Diamond Street for a reported theft from a vehicle, police said. The victim said sometime overnight, someone broke into her car and stole a GPS unit along with the windshield mount, police said.
Officer Carmen Mollichella responded to the unit block of North 12th Avenue for at 7:34 a.m. for a criminal mischief complaint, police said. The property owner said someone had broken into his lot overnight and damaged about $1,300 of his property, police said.

The victim stated she had parked her car about 11 p.m. and when she came out this morning, she found red marker damage from the rear panel of the passenger side of the car all the way through the front door, police said.
