Seven spent casings found in 300 block Monday night; probe continuesÂ
On Monday at 7:31 p.m., Coatesville Police were dispatched to the 300 block of West Harmony Street for a report of shots fired, Officer Rob Kuech reported. Upon arrival, officers located approximately seven spent .45 caliber shell casings in the street but no other indication of what occurred. The scene was processed, and police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 610-384-2300.
A reported disturbance led police to the 700 block of Coates Street on Monday at 10:15 p.m., Officer Rob Kuech reported. Upon investigation, Charles Coleman, 39, of Downingtown, was cited for harassment after he struck a woman in the shin with a TV remote control during an argument that turned physical, police said.
