Coatesville man allegedly wanted in West Chester
During a traffic stop in the 600 block of East Lincoln Highway at 3:06 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, police determined that Amir Brake, 25, of Coatesville, was wanted on a bench warrant from West Chester, Officer Joe Thompson reported. Brake was held for transport to Chester County Prison by constables, police said.
A pedestrian stop on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 12:46 a.m. at West Lincoln Highway and Church Road led to another constable transport for a Coatesville resident, Officer Joe Thompson reported. Wayne Brazzle, 26, was wanted for probation violations in Delaware and Lancaster Counties, police said.
Officer Raymond Jaglowicz reported that police are investigating a complaint received on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 4 p.m. regarding an estimated $250 worth of damage to a fence that surrounds a residence in the 700 block of East Diamond Street.
On Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 2:10 p.m., police made contact with a victim who stated that sometime in the overnight hours, the driver’s-side tires of her vehicle were slashed in the 200 block of Madison Street, Officer Joseph Norcini reported. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 610-384-2300.
Police are investigating a hit-and-run on South Fifth Avenue on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 7 a.m., Officer Raymond Jaglowicz reported. The victim said an unidentified motorist struck her parked vehicle, damaging the driver’s side-view mirror, police said.
Police are looking for two unidentified white females who stole approximately $300 worth of in baby wipes and diapers from the Walgreen’s at 800 East Lincoln Highway on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 12:18 p.m., Officer Raymond Jaglowicz reported. Police said the suspects fled in a black Nissan Maxima.
