COATESVILLE — A city man is wanted in connection with an incident Sunday evening, where at least one shot was fired and a man reportedly struck another person with his car, fleeing the scene. City Police are seeking Aaron Humphrey, 33, who, witnesses said, was engaged in a verbal altercation with two individuals who were not identified by police.
