WEST CHESTER — The Chester County Sheriff’s Department 5th annual Cruise Night is being held Friday, August 19, 2016, at West Chester University’s Farrell Stadium. Proceeds from the event benefits the Chester County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit, according to Sheriff Carolyn “Bunny” Welsh.
