Chesco man pleads guilty to telemarketing scheme charges
PHILADELPHIA – A Downingtown man pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to charges for his role in a telemarketing effort that authorities said used foreign telemarketers to scam funds from senior citizens. He may face 70 years in prison.
