The hits just keep on coming for Barry Baker, the former East Fallowfield man accused of sucker punching a disabled man in front of a West Chester 7-11 earlier this month: now he’s wanted for alleged violation of his probation/parole on a previous theft charge as well other warrants.
To add to the misery for Baker, who quickly has gotten infamy around the world after video of the alleged incident surfaced earlier this week, also faces a new warrant for failing to appear at a domestic relations hearing earlier this week. Baker is now said to live in the Georgetown, DE area. His attorney has been notified of the bench warrants.
“The defendant should tum himself in immediately to address these warrants,” Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said in a statement. “We will not quit until we find him.”
The West Chester Police Department, Chester County Fugitive Unit, and other law enforcement agencies have been attempting to take Baker into custody. Anybody with information on his whereabouts should contact the West Chester Police at 610-696-2700.
I checked him out. He’s charged but mostly charges dropped or nolle poss, repeatedly.
