The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced several area road projects this week in the area.
Brush-cutting on U.S. 30 between U.S. 322 and Rt. 340 will occur Monday in East and West Caln Townships through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., causing intermittent lane closures.
U.S. 322 will have lane restrictions for bridge replacement between Old Rolley Road in East Caln Township and Romig Road in West Bradford Township through August 2014 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Business U.S. 30 will be restricted between Rts. 100 and 202 in West Whiteland and East Whiteland townships through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. for repair and resurfacing. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area; the work is part of PennDOT’s $11 million project to repair and resurface 12 state highways in Chester County.
Motorists on northbound U.S. 202 in West Goshen Township will experience lane closures for expansion joint sealing between Westtown Road and Paoli Pike Sunday through Thursday from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
