COATESVILLE — City and county detectives are asking for help with information about the shooting death of a city teen, Tuesday night.
According to Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan, Jose Juarez Pinto, 18, was shot by an unknown assailant on the 400 block of Oak Street, Tuesday night. Pinto was transported to Paoli Hospital where he died of his wounds, authorities said.
The city’s police department as well as the Chester County Detectives responded to the scene, interviewed witnessed and are working the case together.
