Two women were shot and wounded during an event at Lincoln University’s Spring Fling event this past weekend and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office is asking for help to find the assailant.

COATESVILLE — A city man was shot to death in the early morning hours, Sunday, in the area of South 4th Avenue and Maple Avenue, police said.
Jamar Parker, 36, was found lying in the middle of the intersection with gunshot wounds at about 1 a.m. Responding police administered first aid to the victim before transport to Brandywine Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 1:30 a.m.
